Parenzana
marathon

Parenzana used to be a railway, connecting Poreč and Trieste and is more than 110 years old. Parenzana marathon will celebrate its 8th edition in 2026 and it is growing strong.

1I would like to run with my kids and or my dogs. Is there any posibility to do that?
Yes you can run with your kids and dogs as well as long as you stay with them the whole time
2How long is the run actually?
The courses are 6 km, 11 km, 16 km and 21 km
3Do we need to register before the run?
Yes, you have to register before and pay the entry fee. Thats when your entry is confirmed
4Are there different levels - for beginners, advanced etc?
Yes, the courses at the event are suitable for different levels
5What should I bring with me?
Winter jacket in case of rain or cold, hat in case of sun, extra gel for energy and a happy smile. The rest is organized
6Is the run completely safe for me or should I buy insurance?
All participants have liability insurance covered during the event
