  1. Ali bo prireditev organizirana v vsakem vremenu?

Da, prireditev bo organizirana v vsakem vremenu.

  • Kje lahko prevzamem startne številke in prijavne pakete za dogodek?

Startne številke in pakete lahko prevzamete v soboto 15.3.2025 od 16.00-20.00 v Kampu Lucija v restavraciji TAKAMAKA ali v nedeljo 16.3. od 8.00-10.00 ure pred recepcijo Kampa Lucija (samo startne številke). Prevzem paketov bo v cilju po dogodku pri restavraciji TAKAMAKA.

  • Lahko startne številke prevzamem tudi na dan dogodka na lokaciji starta?

NE, prevzem startnih številk na lokacijah posameznih startov NE BO MOGOČ

  • Lahko startne pakete prevzamem tudi na dan dogodka na lokaciji starta?

NE, startne pakete lahko prevzamete le v soboto ob prevzemu številk ali v nedeljo po prihodu v cilj.

  • Lahko kdo drug prevzame startno številko in paket namesto mene?

DA, ampak mora imeti s sabo kopijo osebnega dokumenta od osebe za katero prevzema

Do mesta posameznega starta lahko pridete z lastnim prevozom ali s prevozom, ki ga zagotovi organizator. Cena za organiziran prevoz do starta je 7 EUR. Prevozov po tekmi nazaj na startne lokacije NI.

  • Ob cca 10.00 odhod Crveni Vrh (Kempinski) trasa 16 km in Kanegra trasa 11 km
  • Ob cca 11.00 Kanegra (zamudniki) in Sečovlje (mejni prehod) trasa 6 km

POMEMBNO: za vstop v bus je potrebno biti na prizorišču najmanj 15 minut pred predvidenim odhodom.

  1. Ali lahko kje odložimo garderobo pred startom?

Garderobo označite in odložite v vrečko ali nahrbtnik v spremljevalno vozilo organizatorja, ki bo na vsaki točki starta. Vozilo bo vso garderobo pripeljalo v Portorož na ciljno prizorišče, kjer vas bo čakala, dokler se ne vrnete v cilj.

  1. Kje bo organizirana hrana v cilju za udeležence?

V cilju bodo na voljo voda, sadje, coca cola, napitki… Topel obrok bo na voljo 100 m stran od cilja, v uradni restavraciji dogodka TAKAMAKA.

Below we provide the most frequently asked questions and answers to help you organize your preparation for our running season opening event on PARENZANA.

Will the event take place regardless of the weather?
Yes, the event will take place in any weather.

Where can I pick up my race number and registration packages for the event?
You can pick up your race number and package on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 16:00 to 20:00 at Kamp Lucija in the TAKAMAKA restaurant, or on Sunday, March 16, from 08:00 to 10:00 in front of the Kamp Lucija reception (only race numbers). Package pickup will be at the finish line after the event at the TAKAMAKA restaurant.

Can I pick up my race number on the event day at the start location?
NO, race numbers cannot be picked up at the individual start locations.

Can I pick up my registration package on the event day at the start location?
NO, you can only pick up your registration package on Saturday when picking up race numbers or on Sunday after you arrive at the finish line.

Can someone else pick up my race number and package for me?
YES, but they must have a copy of the personal document of the person they are picking up for.

When and where are the race starts at the individual locations?

21 km, Start BAŠANIJA, roundabout by the sea, at 11:00 AM.

Can I register on the event day?
YES, REGISTRATIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in front of the Kamp Lucija reception, but please keep in mind that there may be a crowd.

Can I change my route?
YES, but changes must be made in advance via email and NO LATER than Saturday when picking up the race numbers.

Can I keep my race number in my pocket or backpack?
NO, the race number with the chip must be attached to the front of your body, on your chest, and be visible at all times during the competition.

Can I have a companion on a bike during the race?
NO, bike escorts are not allowed.

Can I run with a dog?
YES, as long as the dog is not dangerous, does not interfere with the progress of the race, and is capable of completing the chosen distance.

How do I get to the start location, and what is the cost of transportation?
You can get to the start location by your own transport or by a transportation service provided by the organizer. The cost for organized transport to the start is 7 EUR. There will be NO transport back to the start locations after the race.

Where is the official parking for cars?
Participants and their companions can park their cars for the event at Kamp Lucija, until spaces are filled (the cost is 5 EUR per day), or at the parking lot in front of Marina, or at other existing parking lots in Portorož according to the published price lists.

Where does the transport to the individual start locations depart from?
Transport to the starts will be organized from in front of the Kamp Lucija reception (parking area in front of the reception) according to the following schedule:
• At 9:00 AM, departure for BAŠANIJA, 21 km route
• At approximately 10:00 AM, departure for Crveni Vrh (Kempinski) 16 km route and Kanegra 11 km route
• At approximately 11:00 AM, departure for Kanegra (late arrivals) and Sečovlje (border crossing) 6 km route
IMPORTANT: To board the bus, you must be at the location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Can we leave our clothes somewhere before the start?
You can mark and leave your clothes in a bag or backpack in the organizer’s support vehicle, which will be at each start point. The vehicle will transport all the clothes to Portorož at the finish line, where they will be waiting for you until you return after the race.

Where will food be available for participants at the finish line?
At the finish line, water, fruit, Coca-Cola, drinks, and more will be available. A hot meal will be provided 100 meters from the finish line, at the official event restaurant, TAKAMAKA.

Where will the prize ceremony and award distribution take place for participants?
The awards ceremony will also take place 100 meters from the finish line, at the official event restaurant, TAKAMAKA.

Will showers and changing rooms be available at the finish line?
There will be a changing area available, but showers will not be available because the camp is still officially closed.
